A climbing plant present in many varieties and highly appreciated for its showy and spectacular flowering. The clematis has a light and delicate flower and grows in particular climatic conditions, always climbing firmly.
To make the crochet clematis it is necessary to prepare: the flower which is composed of two sections of petals, the pistil and the leaves.
Need: cotton number 20 - crochet 1.0mm - galvanized iron wire 0.45mm - wadding - scissors - plasticized iron wire - pliers.
Explanation of the first section of petals

Start 5 chains and close in a circle.

1st round: 16 double crochet, (increase every 2 points).
2nd round: 16 double crochet.
3rd round: 2 double crochet closed together for the whole lap. Don't close the loop.
Cut a piece of plasticized iron wire of the length and thickness appropriate to the work being carried out. On a point wrap a little wadding, bend the tip 2 times with the aid of pliers, thus obtaining the filling of the bud. Insert the stem into the bud and close the third round.
Lap 4: 2 more double crochet closed together for the whole lap and close the job.

Explanation of the pistil

Start 4 chains and in the first make 11 double crochet (total 12).
1st round: 2 double crochet closed together for the whole lap. Don't close the loop.
Cut about 10 cm of galvanized iron wire. In the middle wrap a little wadding and twist the wire on itself 2-3 times. Insert into the pistil and close the first turn.2nd round: 2-3 slip stitch and close the job. Keep pending.

Create a skein with cotton of the same color as the pistil. Wrap the cotton on 3 fingers about 30 times. Place the skein in the center of the galvanized iron wire immediately under the pistil and lock it by twisting the wire on itself for about 2 cm, the rest will be needed to be able to connect the flower to the stem.
Shape the skein by cutting excess cotton with scissors.

Insert the pistil in the first section of petals and then in the second. Cover the small stem with the cotton, working the chains around it.
Make all the flowers you need for your composition.

Explanation of the leaf

Start 25 chains.
1st round: a single crochet, a half double crochet, a double crochet, 2 triple crochet in a point, 3 triple crochet, 2 double triple crochet in a point 3 times, 3 triple crochet, 2 triple crochet at one point, 3 double crochet, 3 half double crochet, 4 single crochet. Repeat on the other side of the chains.
Cut a piece of galvanized iron wire that makes the complete turn of the leaf plus about 3 cm more per side and place it on the leaf working on the single crochet around it. Stretch well and shape the leaf with your hands. Twist the wire on itself for about 2 cm thus creating the union stem that will be covered with cotton, working the chains around it. The remaining wire will be used to connect the leaf to the stem.
Make all the leaves you need for your composition.

Fasten the flowers and leaves to the stem at about one centimeter from the other and cover the cotton stem by working the chains around it, except about 2-3 cm, which will be inserted into the vase.
Shape everything with your hands and insert the clematis stems into the vase.

I hope as always to have explained everything to the fullest by giving you an extra idea to fill the world with flowers.
The next and good creation. Hi everyone.
